She was responsive, understanding, and committed to finding a resolution; she was accommodating in terms of working with my schedule and working swiftly to ensure I was able to comfortably settle into my space at the Prescott. Additionally, Kylie is one of the friendliest and most patient people I’ve worked with. The leasing office makes every effort to make residents feel at home at the Prescott!"

I was also really grateful we got the grand tour from Sarah B, she was very patient and professional, and made sure to answer our tons of questions. She made the visit worth it! The apartments were modern and bright and the community seemed pleasant! My friend is looking at a few more apartments in the area, but the Prescott at Concord is definitely a front runner!"

"I was sent to Acton for work and was recommended to try to get into the Prescott as I was told I'd be in the area 1-2 years. Loved the Prescott and the tour Sarah B gave me put me at ease about living there. Loved the amenities like the yoga studio, outdoor fire pits and being able to have a garage. Convenience to major roads and plenty of places for outdoor recreation including kayaking local rivers was also a big plus. My company backed out of the deal so I never got the chance to move in. My loss!"
