"I stayed in Building 3. My units were 51 (studio), then 62 (1 bedroom) respectively. Building heat and water are regularly shut off to bandaid issues with antiquated plumbing. You grow numb to management emailing, "Building 3 water shut off." You'd think - after raising tenants' rent 15% last fall - they'd have some pocket change for their infrastructure. No such luck. My PTO was blown on several weeks' worth of plumbing issues. On FIVE occasions, literal sewage flooded my bathtub. Each time but the last, I had to clean the excrement myself. Last month, heating pipes burst and flooded my studio with boiling water. The damage and stench of carpet mildew grew so bad that I had to move into a new unit - a 1 bedroom they couldn't rent due to noise and unique plumbing issues. If you're desperate enough to live here, buy a fan and UPS. You *will* lose power during the summer."

"Thin walls with squeaky ceilings. You can hear every step from the people above you. AC only in the living room; like why do you need a medical reason to fix an AC in the room? Apartment won’t provide that for you after paying all that money. There are better places to rent if you’re willing to spend all that money on this apartment. Not worth the price but you can choose to rent and find out for yourself."

"They tried to keep my security deposit for no reason. Be careful they are crooks ! To your response - False! we left the carpets in the exact same shape as when we arrived (we have video proof) and you decided to try to take our entire deposit. I can only assume you wanted it to off set your ongoing plans to replace with Engineered wood. Recall my lawyer needed to get involved to refund our deposit. Renters beware!!!"

"Not well run. The office staff are completely useless. Thin walls, you can hear everything from neighbors units. Cheap rugs, appliances and the worst air conditioner. It's loud, old and only works in the living room. They won't let you add another unit in the bedroom."
