"Outstanding Service from Marilyn - A True Asset to the Complex! My husband and I had the pleasure of touring the apartment complex with Marilyn, and we were thoroughly impressed with her exceptional service and knowledge. Marilyn's dedication to her role was evident from the moment we met her. Despite the apartments currently being unavailable due to high demand and a lengthy waitlist, Marilyn's professionalism and enthusiasm left a lasting impression on us. Marilyn took the time to walk us through every detail of the complex, showcasing her deep understanding of the property's features and amenities. Her friendly demeanor and patience in answering all of our questions made the tour not only informative but also enjoyable. She made us feel valued as prospective residents, and her genuine interest in our needs and preferences truly stood out. What impressed us most was Marilyn's transparency about the current unavailability of the apartments. She openly shared that there was a waitlist due to the complex's popularity, but she did so in a way that felt honest and respectful. Her willingness to provide us with all the necessary information, without any pressure or pushiness, made us feel confident that this complex is managed by professionals who prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. Although securing an apartment might be challenging due to the waitlist, we are truly grateful for Marilyn's assistance and the positive impression she has left on us. Her exemplary service has given us hope that when an apartment becomes available, we would be fortunate to have her as our point of contact during the application process. In the meantime, we eagerly await the opportunity to join this community, and we credit Marilyn for making our visit memorable and informative. Her dedication and professionalism should be commended, and we believe she is a true asset to the complex. We are excited about the possibility of calling this complex our future home, thanks in no small part to Marilyn's efforts. Kudos to Marilyn for her outstanding service! We can only hope that other members of the complex staff follow her example. We eagerly anticipate the chance to become residents under her guidance. Thanks, Yanyan"
"Amanda and Marilyn in the office are always helpful and friendly! I have many friends who live in the building as well and they all agree. We would not have moved in if the staff wasn’t any good! I think some negative reviews are coming from bitter people who weren’t approved for an apartment, because some things written are simply not true. I just wanted to put the correct information out there! Call/email/visit the leasing office, schedule a tour, and you can see for yourself! They always reply to our emails and call us back quickly!! I highly recommend living at Liberty Station apartments!"
"Living here has been great. The building managers and the handyman, Bill, are extremely helpful and quick to respond. The building is brand new and the units are equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large stacked in-unit washer and dryer. I could not be happier with my decision to move here."
"I have been living here for the last year and a half. The living experience has been great. I live on the 5th floor and have had very quiet neighbors and overall dont hear really any noise from anyone else since living here. Everyone I have bumped into is nice as well; mix of younger and older crowd. Area is great; maybe 10 minutes from Gilette Stadium, town has decent options for local food and drink spots. Parking in the garage is great; get own parking spot inside for $100 extra monthly. Since living here rent only went up $25 so has been very reasonable! The outdoor grilling is a nice option, never has been over occupied and has been easily accessible. Only cons are trash is downstairs outside (no trash on your floor), elevator goes down often but at least it gets repaired soon after (within 1 day), and they dont let you leave any decorations outside door unless fixed to door or is a mat. Overall would recommend living here though!"
"For starters, I am not one to leave reviews, but I am hoping that this may find its way to someone who could benefit from the info. I’d also hate to have the first review be a negative one and I don’t mean to be a ‘Karen’, but I was very put off with an encounter a friend and I had with the leasing office this past Friday. Our lease at our current apartment will be up in December, so naturally we are trying to get ideas of other opportunities that we could find in the area before we sign for another 12 months. We saw Liberty Station online and it sounded great from the website and peaked our interest, so we figured we’d drive by quickly and get a feel for the environment. We get there and there are signs everywhere that nearly scream at you that they’re ‘leasing now’ !!!! Lol. But we make our way to the office and ask if they are offering tours, and the lady opens the door and immediately makes it seem like we are a bother and out of place to be there. Granted, we understand that processes are a little different due to covid, but even so she reluctantly says yes and leads us in. We sit down and fill out a paper with our information and leave our ‘moving date’ blank bc obviously we know its early to look, but we wanted a better feel for Liberty which is what we tell her. She tells us that we are just in time bc she has an appointment at 3:30 for a lease signing, (which was great, mind you it was 2:30) and looks over our info. Long story short she figures out we are looking to move in December and totally revokes her offer to show us the place. And tells us to take a virtual tour online..? She says she doesn't want to waste our time (we drove 30 minutes there) and that there are only a few left so there won’t be any available when we are ready to move. My friend and I are 23/24 and have many friends that are also looking to move as well, so yes maybe there wouldnt be any available for us but if we thought it was a super nice place we could pass the word on to our friends and so on. I found it very off putting to see her unwillingness to show us around especially when we drove all the way there and she agreed to do so 5 minutes prior. Mind you those apartments won’t be filled forever so it didnt make much sense as to why we couldn’t take a look around. The manner at which this information was disclosed to us was very unprofessional from a business standpoint, and if that was me in that office I would show people around in a heartbeat if they were interested. Not shrug them off if we wouldn’t be getting their money anytime soon. We may be young but that doesnt mean we get to be spoken down to like imbeciles. I hope someone looking over that leasing office sees this. Do better."
