"I have lived at The Preserve since the fall of 2021. The experience has been great. Any issues have been resolved very quickly! The complex is very well kept, including snow removal. If I have a less positive comment, it would be that community should offer better ways of recycling household waste."

"We have been living here for two years now and have no complaints. It’s a great community, clubhouse with a gym and pool! The atmosphere is clean and I love that it’s a non smoking community since I have asthma. It’s convenient to many shopping and 3 min to Gillette ! Recommend !"

"We really enjoyed our last 3 years at the Preserve. Safe and quiet neighborhood with easy access to all major highways. Nice neighbors. Quick and attentive maintenance, facilities, grounds and main office staff. Apartments are light in color and updated in features. In house laundry is a huge plus. We will miss it here!"

"I would give 4.5 starts if I had the option. Have lived here for 3 years and have had all positive experiences with the staff. Leasing office staff is always pleasant and professional and maintenance staff are always responsive to requests. I have also noticed that the leasing staff does not put up with any shenanigans so if you act like a jerk they will very quickly put you in your place. I love the pool, hot tub and gym. All are well maintained. Pool staff are always attentive, friendly and professional. The snow removal is always prompt and the grounds look amazing (i.e. very nicely landscaped) in the nicer weather. I also always feel very safe and have met some nice tenants who also live on the property. My unit is very quiet with lots of available parking and nice neighbors."
