"I am confirming what many others have stated, cheap, fast construction compromises your experience, compromised my experience living in this community. Sounds and odors are obviously the main offenders. Please don't bother sending the boilerplate reply from management, "we encourage you to reach out if there's anything we can do..." There is nothing to be done about meager construction budgets now. This is for prospective renters not management. If you're a light sleeper, for example, definitely give this place a pass. Response to owner: 5/16 Owner responded below with the "kind" suggestion to use ear plugs and white noise to mitigate the uncomfortable noise levels due to their cost saving construction. It seems clear to me now that Glen Meadow Apartments' management must be employing this same strategy to deal with their discomfort from numerous tenants' complaints on a variety of issues. Many of us have found better quality living options and merely seek to warn the uninformed."

"I have lived here with my family for almost a year. It is very clean, and pet friendly. Beautiful landscaping also. Even the maintenance crew is right on point very reliable, and kind. Just a great place to live. Would recommend to anyone! Love the office staff also. I became recently ill, and they take care of their tenants needs. Going as far as bringing me a gift, and a beautiful card.❤"

"Management is very friendly and helpful and maintenance is very timely. We have lived here for about a year now and have enjoyed it. Very pet friendly, although there is a pet rent, FYI. The amenities and space have been great. You can easily hear neighbors and smell seems to travel through the buildings easily, bad or good smells. Franklin is a nice area. Extra storage is available at a price and rent is reasonable. You pay for laundry with loadable cards, which is nice. It won't be a perfect place, but I would recommend the complex."
