"Very run down. Maintenance request rarely addressed. Dont believe me? Call worcester board of health building inspector. Ask how many complaints have been filed. Problems with mice, rats and mold. All appliances are rebuilt and worn out. No lease after first year. Pool hasn't been opened in 6 years. Side of building missing for 6 months now. Look at peek of roof in picture"
