"Management is very friendly and responsive. Apartments are very well maintained. For the size of my apartment, the price is extremely hard to beat in Worcester. The apartments also very tastefully keep details of the builing as it was when it was a YWCA."

"This apartment was the worst experience ever! I didn't get my free month of rent as promised in my lease agreement. They charged me $1450 for the 10 days of my first month as a WHOLE MONTH. They ALSO lost another one of my payments for the last month, and they are trying to charge me again. I tried figuring this situation out with property management, but they are just ignoring me. I MAY HAVE TO TAKE THEM TO COURT to find where my $3000 is. Don't trust this company!"
