The interior décor is constantly being updated to keep festive with the different seasons and holidays and the exterior maintenance and upkeep is second to none. The living experience and Landlord responsiveness is truly amazing. I cannot recommend the Lofts at City Place enough!"

"I lived at the Lofts for nearly 7 years. Let’s start with the pros. Aesthetically it’s beautiful. The layout is open, great size covered balcony, large bathroom, full size washer and dryer, extra storage space that is definitely a plus, and I successfully made it feel like home to me for so long. They maintain the interior and exterior very well. Snow removal is somewhat of an annoyance but they are on top of it. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. The cons, the noise. Yes, apartment living you are going to hear your neighbors. But I didn’t realize how intertwined in my neighbors life I was until I moved out. Waking up to their alarms, hearing my neighbors chronic cough for years, knowing my neighbor is home every day hearing them whistle as they came in the door, the endless dog barking, said neighbor yelling at the dog to stop barking, the neighbor recording music for hours, it’s endless. I just got used to it, but it’s not normal. The dust is indescribable. It’s abundant and in places you can’t reach which makes it worse. The dust is very bad I’ll leave it at that. I wouldn’t say don’t live here, but just be aware of the cons. I’ve seen dozens of people come and go. Some move out within a month and some stay longer, depends on your tolerance."

"Sorry to say this was a very unpleasant stay. This apartment complex is a family run business with poor management skills. The construction was cheaply done with paper-thin walls, faulty appliances, leaking windows, moldy bathrooms, etc...The list is long. The owner will tow your vehicle in inclement weather if he is not satisfied where you parked. This will occur even if you have your apartment sticker clearly displayed on your windshield. Very unprofessional behavior from an owner/landlord. Especially since they have a list of everyone's license plate numbers who reside there. There are no designated parking spots for your apartment number, and there are limited spots. Take my advise, and keep looking! Don't make the mistake I made............"

"This is an awesome place to live!!! It’s beautiful, clean, and most importantly I feel safe. The property manager responds ASAP like when I locked myself out during a family emergency she got me right back in within seconds....I love it here and so does my son. Most tenants have dogs, it’s like a dog community! Very cute and I highly recommend. Yes you can hear your neighbors to some extent but that is apartment living!!! Also the lobby is always beautifully decorated with seasonal decor."
