"Worst customer service. Called to inquire about an apt. Sheryl immediately shifted me to the site and told me all the information was there, that the pictures provided on the site is all they could show for renting an apt. “Have you visited the site? Because all of the information is there.” I understand the restrictions of doing viewing at this time, but I pointed out that as a leasing agent she should be open to providing the information to the person on the other line, rather than immediately pointing me to the site and responding shortly and trying to end the call so abruptly. Thankfully her engagement immediately changed after This was pointed out, and she allowed me to ask questions... but even at that point she was short and still seemed to be rushing me. I could have moved forward with looking into leasing here but my conversation with Sheryl has certainly shifted my interest in leasing from this property. I hope Sheryl is not the management of this property because she does not seem to have the people skills or sale skills to represent a property like this. Bummer because this property seems to be in a nice area of Leominster."

"Really enjoy living here. The staff is fantastic and always helpful. Whenever I've had an issue they've been right there to remedy the situation. Rent is very fair, grounds are well kept, and pretty quite."

"I've spent 4 years at Heritage Gardens. The place has a nice community feel to it. It is one of the least expensive places in the area, and the grounds are attractive. I'm not one for the modern over landscaped look, the feel here is much more natural. Staff is very good. They only enter an apartment with prior permission, and respond to maintenance requests quickly, usually within a day. A great value for the money. Super satisfied!"

"Horrible. They only want your money, but do not want to fix problems that are arise. They say "they will look into it" and never do. One time, maintenance walked in without knocking saying they left a letter for u. But come to find out they addressed the letter to the old tenants of the apartment and left it near the mailbox. So we never received notice before they walked in. They charge too much for what they offer. The pool was closed more than half of the summer last year. No pets allowed. And don't get me started on the parking situation. :/"
