"Words could not express how wonderful this Landlord is. As a college parent, I was nervous when my daughter wanted to move off campus but I have to say, the whole experience has been great. Josh met with all the girls and the parents to discuss all the terms of renting along with answering any questions or concerns anyone had. The house was meticulous when they moved in and when they had any minor issue or question he was immediately there. During snow the property was always plowed and during summer the yard was mowed. My daughter had a great experience because Josh was a great Landlord and as a parent I was at ease knowing my daughter was in a safe place and was taken care of.
