"Never called us back filled out the applications and still waiting for someone, We've been homeless since May 9th 2023 dur to a fire/flooding and then the property management were we onced lived HARASSED us as a family and individual and during our stay at this management we never knew that they FILLED FALSE ACCUSATIONS 67 times in less than a year after already been living at this property for almost 3yrs ALL BECAUSE we STOOD UP FOR YOURSELF as there was mold that har my husband go back into kidney failure and then that's when HARRASMENT RETALIATION DISCRIMATION FALSIFIED POLICE REPORTS and we had NO IDEA until our lawyers told us,as we know it is going to be difficult to have a landlord TRUST that we are REALLY GOOD WHOLESOME PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE ON RENT We've been property management for private landlords and every landlord can contest our characters and we have STATE SENATOR'S who can also contest on our behalfs,So my POINT being is ask us and we can always explain our story as black and white paper can not... NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER, just saying"

"When I first started my real estate investing journey, all I heard was bad things regarding using a property manager. When tenants are saying that, you know they are doing something right! I am so lucky that I have been blessed with such a great property management team for my first time using a property manager. It is great to know that as I continue investing in their area, I have an amazing team that will readily help manage the property. They deserve every penny I pay them, now I just need to find more properties!!! P.S. Disregard any poor reviews they have received since they are mostly from tenants that did not qualify for the rentals they were managing. They are doing their job correctly of screening tenants."
