"I am currently moving my mother out of this complex and into my home. It has transfered ownership multiple times since my mother has been living there, and they only seem to be getting worse. Kicking good tenants out who are going through hardships, allowing riffraf and trouble makes to stay. For example... threw trash in the dumpster during this move (not too much, a few trash bags a box of books and a fan. And the neighbor directly across whom is fairly new there decided it was Karen time... that should be self explanatory). The lawns aren't mowed repairs are left by the wayside and now I am seeing large rat traps around all of the buildings??? Never had an issue with rats in the many years my mother has lived there. So, if you want to live in the nosey/noisy ghetto indeed feel free to live here. Otherwise, look else where...."
"Nice quiet location, great for kids. All necessities near by. As for the earlier comment, their are trashy people everywhere, but there are also good people. I know Good People in the Goodrich Apartments."
