"If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst place ever for pedicure. Unsanitary, unprofessional, clipped the skin on my toe, aggressively cut my toe nail, very rough, left me in the chair and did not assist with putting on my sandals. Never said a word just went to a chair and played on his cell. I will NEVER go back."

"The woman doing my nails was very unprofessional, rude, abrupt, and refused to do nail art because she “did not have time” even though I booked an appointment a day in advance. My nails are not what I wanted at all, and are very sloppy. If I could give zero stars I would."

"I went to this salon for a fill because my usual spot was booked up. I don’t really get all the top reviews, for one the cleanliness of this establishment leaves much to be desired…and that’s me putting it mildly. When I came in, a girl was doing my nails but quickly left to do another woman’s so I had to wait for a gentleman to finish. He left a visible color trim on all my fingers and was fine with doing the fill over it, even when I kept pointing it out, he ignored me. He would repeatedly stop to check his phone and basically rushed threw the whole process. My nails are oval shaped but on my left hand the shape looks more almond and my right the shapes look wonky. Lastly: I asked for a simply marble nail art style but they said they don’t do styles like that…even with previous reviews showing detailed nail art. And finally when I went to pay, their card machine wasn’t working (they neglected to tell me this on the phone) so I had to go get cash next door… All in all this place is just ok, my nails haven’t chipped so that’s a plus…I definitely won’t be returning however."

"I normally don't post reviews but my experience was so awful that I have to share. I went in today to have my dip manicure removed. I had watched a few videos on how to do it at home but ultimately decided that it would be better to go in and have a professional do it to avoid ruining my nails... Big mistake. I guess I should've done it myself after all because they pried each nail off with a spare acrylic, ripping off layers of my real nails underneath. When trying to make it right with them, they said "that's just what they look like when they're taken off".... My nails are going to be ruined for the next few months. Beyond embarrassed and ashamed of how they look. Do not recommend this place. If I could give 0 stars, I would."

"Absolutely great customer service! I went here 2 hrs after leaving another local nail spa extremely frustrated and disappointed; that I literally walked out 3/4 of the way done, went home and soaked off the tips. However after attempting to reschedule the exact service I was shut down with no availability from 4 other local salons until my 5th and last attempt the amazing owner of Relax Nails & Spa was willing to not only schedule me a 6:00pm appointment for a full set, but to still agree to doing so after also arriving 30min later @ 6:30. I feel awful for not getting her name because it is def a benefit for future services due to how extremely well she not only performed her job but also managed her spa with such great communication with her staff and costumers, while multi tasking application of my full set she completed in a record time of 35min in and out while maintaining efficient work flow and effort of service. I plan on this being my new spa of choice in my local town. If your in need of service this is your place with convenient location off Rte 28"
