"I came here the other day and the service was horrible, the person doing my nails was very rude to me and they filed my nails on the sides so much that the skin is raw and irritated. And they tried to tell me that it was because I have short nails, even though they weren’t sure before they started filing and such. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here where they’ve filed something to thin or cut something till I’m bleeding. Overall not a good experience. I wouldn’t recommend here."

"I will start by saying this is a great salon with lovely employees but after my last visit I will be not returning. I arrived for my appointment and I requested a certain girl when I made the appointment. I get there and I was told she was busy and waited almost a hour for her no problem! But what through me off was being told I couldn’t request my nail tech ( if I couldn’t why was I aloud to when I booked my appointment 2 weeks ago) also not a huge deal upsetting yes but not huge but while sitting there for appointment I noticed several clients making appointments and requesting their technician with no problems! That did not make sense why I could not see do it but they could? Iv gone to get my nails done here a few times sense returning to Falmouth and the last 2 girls I had I was not a huge fan of my nails, they were lovely regardless of the nails not bad experience at all! my third visit had a fabulous experience with the tech and my nails were phenomenal. I thought I found my nail place with a great tech but unfortunately I’m not aloud to ask for her but it seems other clients can. I have many friends and family who go here and love it! It is a very nice salon but I do like my nails a certain way and would like to see the same tech every time.. Super disappointing!"

"My new salon! Walked in with no appointment and was seated immediately for a pedicure. Squeaky clean and pleasant salon. Beautiful job on my toes. And my full set was PERFECTION!!! Prices were more than reasonable."
