"called ahead of time, lady was rude on the phone, and asked us how soon we could be there. we get there 12 minutes later, long wait. why ask us how soon, if there’s a long wait, and why not tell us? same lady rudely interacting with an older woman about adding a tip at the end of paying, which she had already tipped. and again, the same lady making comments about how busy it is, even though she’s just the secretary, as we heard them say. all of that, and the haircut is $26? walked out and will never return."
