I went from half of my hair being my roots and a dry hay looking blonde at the bottom, to a luscious chocolate natural looking brown. Mackenzie made me feel welcomed, very attentive to my needs and making sure that I didn’t leave with hair I liked but left with hair I LOVED. She asked if I had any inspiration pictures and she nailed them to the T!!!! She offered me water. I was there for almost 3 and a half hours and it felt like 30 a hour.
