"Staff was extremely nice but I asked for my hair to be dyed my natural colors just darker at the roots lighter at the bottom (I am dirty blonde and have blone/brown hair). We agreed on a balage technique and looked at pictures for examples. My hair came out maroon/auburn color that I did not ask for. Staff was helpful and willing to correct the mistake. However, when they tried to fix is they over compensated and colored the top of my hair BLACK. My hair is now black-ish blue tint/maroon. Very expensive and although staff was willing to fix it again, I don't want it touched anymore! Make sure you ask for what you want and that you and the stylist both have same understanding!!"
