I especially want to recommend her for anyone that wants to go blonde and her haircuts are always perfect not to mention she has done extentions on me that looked and felt natural the hair quality is amazing as well. "My 10 month old granddaughter got her ears pierced and less than two weeks one of her ear ring fell out, but they said they had a new less sensitive ear piercing gun ! ☹️ .. very disappointed customer!!!! Update.. I spoke to the Manager and she was very understanding and re-pierced her ears for free so I am very pleased!! Thank You Ulta Beauty"

"HORRIFIC. I have a background in retail and every time I come to this Ulta it is a NIGHTMARE. I shop here often, generally do research/know exactly what I want, and always spend over a hundred dollars- yet every time I visit, I am met with inattentive and condescending employees who have less product knowledge than me and are embarrassingly useless when I have any questions. Today was by far, my worst experience there to date. It was 90 degrees out, I have an event tomorrow, I am sick, and have my two month old, so I opted for curbside pick up. A little over an hour after placing my order, I still hadn't received a confirmation, but figured I'd head over anyways while my baby would allow it. Called ahead, so that they would have the order ready (my old company had a similar pick up option) and no answer. So I lug the baby into the store, they were unaware an order had even been placed, I wait, they look, and cannot find the product. I am now sick, carrying my baby throughout the store, looking for something comparable while not a soul offers to help me. I finally settled on a pair of acrylics so long, as a mom, I broke a nail just looking at them, and approached the counter to be checked out my the USELESS manager who always talks down to me for no reason every time I'm there. I understand the product being out and that they clearly cannot control theft in that store (probably due to the REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE) but I was just looking for some customer service, you know? I hope they get that store together, because it's a damn shame"
