They are so quick to respond to emails or calls, and anytime I needed something serviced they came over right away. Kiari and Stephen helped me through tough times and were patient and flexible with me. They genuinely care about their tenants, and do everything they can to keep rates affordable…which is SO rare these days. There’s a reason these apartments don’t open up often, you’ll be lucky if you get to call one of their buildings home ♥️"

"This is the most well kept, clean apartment building Ive ever lived in. Management is extremely responsive (can call, text or email) and only a block down the street if there are any issues. The rent is also a reasonable price. Most of the tenants in my building have been there for years, so you know they’re all treated well. If it weren’t for buying a house i would have stayed for years myself. Thanks for a great apartment!"
