"I moved in around 2016 stayed for two long years. I totally experienced bad stay. They were constantly going into my apartment without my Knowledge and I finally confronted them because I was unaware of them going into my apartment. They were more concerned about how did I find out they were in my apartment without me. My rent went up to 150 that here at one time. The carpet was so filthy when I moved in but they said they cleaned it. The kitchen sink the dishwasher always break down. I will have my son there when I’m not home and he’ll be up in his bedroom and they were come into apartment thinking I wasn’t there and then they will leave out once they notice somebody’s upstairs. The pool area is nice of course but they’re very strict with who you have in the pool. I really didn’t care too much about the pool because the water was extra cold. When I finally moved out I actually moved into a smaller apartment but it seem bigger because I have more space And most importantly I felt safe that no one’s in my house roaming around when I’m gone."
"We've lived here for over a year and here's what you need to know: 1) Like most of the other comments said, the apartments are a little outdated, but we knew that going in. It's not high end, but the price reflects that, and it's perfect for people who want a solid apartment for a pretty cheap price (i.e. college students in the Springfield or Amherst area that don't mind a 10-30 minute drive and living with a roommate or two) 2) For the $/sf, this apartment complex is great. Can't find much out here that's this cheap for 2 or 3 person apartments, especially with rooms that are this large. Kitchen is a little small though. 3) The maintenance team has always been here within a day and they've always been very good to us. No major issues, but a few minor things that were fixed within hours. 4) Ample parking, never had to worry about it 5) Because the leases are continuous and not yearly, rent increases near the end of the summer by $20-80, regardless of when you moved in. It's to adjust for inflation. Because of covid, they didn't increase rent this year, which was nice. 6) The immediate surrounding area is more like easthampton than holyoke, and it's a 10 minute bike ride to Holyoke Community College."
"Place is antiquated and outdated. I have had to have repairs done every month I have been here. The paneling on my counter completely flayed out away from the counter and they tackily nailed it back on. Dirty when I moved in. Increased my rent by $80 after only 3 months of living there. Not worth the money. Have had to have repairs done every month. Roof fell apart in front of my door. Dryer doesn't vent to the outdoors."
"Love this place! Quite and peaceful, all new windows, doors and sliders, updated kitchens and baths, beautiful landscaping, gorgeous pool, property manager and maintenance guys are quick, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend (and the sign they put up that previous post complains about was put there to help emergency response teams find the right building faster and has received high praise from police and ambulance drivers....it just might save someone’s life, so I’m not sure what there is to complain about)!"
"Absolutely horrible maintenance. The apartments are outdated. They will not update anything unless you move out!! You can't recycle. They raise the rent every year due to "rising operation expenses". I assume this is one of those expenses!!"
