"I had been going to her since I was in high school and one day I had to cancel my appointment. She texted me and told me that she would have to charge me a cancellation fee, which she wouldn’t have a means of getting through the phone because she only accepts cash. I drove to Peabody to pay her the cancellation fee and she even ended up doing my eyebrows. I then tried to book another appointment and had found out she had blocked me. Super unprofessional and uncalled for if you ask me, especially since I had driven to her and explained why I had cancelled that day."
