"Let me start with the place is clean and everyone was very nice when I arrived. I had an appointment to cut and color. I had hair that was very long and faded from sun. I asked for about 4 inches to be cut. She cut 6 and later cut more☹️. I had asked for a layering effect but not one layer just inches removed. I asked for a natural red similar to my daughter's and to be fair it's more copper than red. She showed me swatches and I chose the copper color. Well.....I don't know what I did to upset her but I left with 7-8 inches gone and a color that Ronald McDonald would be jealous of. Not a natural color at all. I cryed all day when I got home. Too embarrassed to go out in public.Ya never going back and will probably never see the 200 I paid. Hope she got her daily laugh it was horrid at best. Not to mention hurtful."

"Andrea is seriously amazing. I hate getting my hair cut, I like it long. So I really only see her 1-2x a year but every time she totally puts me at ease! She listens to what I want and always tells me she’ll err on the side of caution and cut less and do more if I want. Even when I don’t know exactly what I want, my hair ends up at the perfect length! My trial was great and we were able to play around with a few variations on a half-up style. We took pictures of each one to compare and to reference on the day.
