"First time going in. I showed pictures of exactly what I wanted. I told Michelle, the “nail technician” that I wanted acrylic… she proceeds to do dip. I asked her if she could make them square, she made them round. I asked for flower designs, and she starts using a cuticle clipper and a pen to do flower designs on my nails. She told me, “sorry, I don’t have my tools”. If you don’t show up with the right equipment, then you shouldn’t be touching anyone’s nails. Disappointing and beyond unprofessional."
