"I asked for classic balayage with cool tones that should come from the roots. She ruined my hair, it was all yellow with poorly done roots and with a color that was not balanced. Look better at the ends of my hair because I had that kind of color before. Liliya worked on my hair and as an owner she didn’t do anything to improve my experience. She was unprepared and made me feel rushed, because she didn’t know this is gonna take over 3 hours. A week after I came in to fix this, she was so upset and rushing everything, her phone rang at least 15 times and she would stop working on my hair every time it rings. At the end she told me I can dry my hair myself because she has another person coming. The health of my hair is completely destroyed after this! For almost $600 this was the worst experience that I ever had! Not recommending this, save your money! P.s. she ruined my max mara shirt!"

"I really wanted to like this place. I came for a European facial and didn't have high expectations to begin with but unfortunately left quite disappointed and my skin took 2 weeks to recover. The staff was friendly and the lady who did my facial seemed knowledgeable yet very clumsy? She kept rubbing products inside my eyes and was doing extractions way too close to my eyes/around my eyes and I assure you I do not have blackheads there. The music was not calming and had many ads. The lady was frequently humming over the music and her phone rang twice during the hour long facial. She was also quite clumsy with the steam - it was raised to unbearable temperatures and left my skin burnt and scaly for 2 weeks. Not only that but she also had left the room for nearly 15 mins to let a mask sit on my face...normally they would use that time to massage your scalp or shoulders. Overall, the entire experience felt unprofessional and sloppy. I cannot speak to their other services but sadly I cannot recommend this place for facials."

"Definitely on the expensive/luxury side, but you can just tell they use very high quality products (smelled natural). Also it got expensive because my hair is very long... Liliya was my stylist and she was extremely thorough with everything and the result is magic! I will come back"

"I started seeing Michelle around 3-4 years ago. I had just moved to the US as a college student. I wasn’t sure who I could trust with my hair so I’d gone about 6 months without a cut. My hair in the meantime had gotten very oily and dry (an awful combination). I had wash my hair basically everyday because it would get oily so quickly. With Michelle’s guidance and scalp balancing regimen, I was able to regain and improve my hair’s/scalp’s health and strength. I am grateful for her expertise and care. I even convinced my mother and then my brother to start seeing her. We are all now her devoted clients! I live in New York now and when I get the chance to visit, I always try to get an appointment with her. This past visit, I decided to be adventurous and get a dark red balayage.
