"The ladies here are wonderful. My family comes here to have their hair braided and we are always very happy with results. Reasonable pricing, skilled hairdressers, comfortable environment, and always available for appointments and even walk-ins. Malden doesn't have any other place like this and even less braiding salons. I am so surprised this place isn't constantly busy it's that good and so rare for this area. A 100% gem."

"This place is very unprofessional. I called to ask a price for a full headed weave sewed, the woman stated to me, "we don't give prices over the phone, you have to come in and read the menu". I stated to the lady, I am not from the area. I have called plenty of hair salons that stated prices for hair styles. No one has given me that statement. I don't live in Malden, and "You and I Hair Design" completely just lost a potential client."
