"I wish I can give a full review for this salon but they won’t let me make an appointment. For about 2 months I’ve been trying to set an appointment to get my hair done. I spoke to a young lady and told me I had to make an appointment online so I tried it out and felt overwhelmed immediately. So I decided to wait a week and try again to no avail. In that interim I got my hair done and touched bases with the young lady that braids. Last week I call again and she tells me she’s working on her appointment book and she’ll call me back. I left her my number expecting a call back. Today I call and nobody remembers who I am I spoke to a lady that says she also braids hair so I asked her if she was the person I spoke to and she wants to put me on hold and act like she was getting the a person. So I end up speaking to the lady that does hair and she wasn’t evening apologetic about the fact that she didn’t get back to me. Long story long this place is so unprofessional don’t bother going here….."
