"I had brought my daughters in for us all to get haircuts. There was no wait. Everything was ok during the visit. When I got home, after my daughters hair air dried (I guess they don’t wash or dry kids hair? News to me), I noticed she had a ton of long pieces of hair left. She has very straight hair. I was kind of shocked. I ended up having to give her a trim after she took a shower. The way the hair was cut was new to me. The hair wasn’t sectioned properly or at least how I was taught how to cut hair. I’ve gone before with no complaint. This time, I think it will deter me from going back. I also didn’t get a blow dry or style but was charged for one. I realized after we left and I did the math. It is what it is. I have bigger fish to fry."
