"You get more calls from their credit payments to pay your bill off than the service you get in store. When in store you rarely get a greeting or assistance unless you hunt for their help. How is it that you spend more time collecting funds then you do on actual client service. Closed my account, I can pay at the register. Zero stars"

"I come to this ulta all the time and i’ve never really had a problem until a few months ago where two employees wouldn’t stop following me and my mother around. My mother and i are brown women. My mother didn’t notice it, but i did as i work for a beauty store myself. However i let it go and didn’t say anything even though i felt extremely uncomfortable with them following us around. Today my mother went to ulta and she called me on video call to show me something and i noticed two employees standing right next to her. My mother came back and told me they have a new security guard. Then she told me it was completely empty and the security guard kept following her around everywhere she went just cuz she had a marshall’s bag with her. I am so highly offended by this. This is the second time it has happened. It’s 2023, we should stop racially profiling people. I am so extremely disappointed because some of the employees at this ulta are very nice but some seem extremely racist."

"I had decided last week I went to Aveda in Somerville which is fine it was a last minute thing . I needed a change . I got bangs which was probably not a good idea. So yesterday I no had to go to old navy to exchange something so I decided to go to Ulta and I called to see if I could get a blow dry your hair style appointment. The girl that answered was amazing she was really friendly her name is Brittany. She washed my hair and she really explains how to style my hair. I should’ve just gotten there lol. She did so good explained everything made me feel so good . Definitely going back to her."
