The last two times I went (Dec 2022 and Jan 2023), the tech over threaded, even after i clearly emphasized just a clean up and wanting to preserve the thickness of my brows. She over threaded everywhere the first time. The second she took off too much from the edges of the nose bridge which looks awful. Not going back until they get another tech."
