"I came in to get my haircut today and was pleased to see no waiting. I was told it would be fifteen minutes even though there were three people working. I guess only one person was cutting hair at this time, so I waited. I waited for a half hour and finally got disgusted and left. Now I can understand why you would only have so many people working at one time based on how busy you are, but your staff needs to be aware if you have customers waiting. The one person you had cutting hair today can't speak and cut at the same time. After watching her stop cutting several times to continue her conversation, I got fed up and left. My family has been coming here since you opened and we will continue to do so because we've been happy with your service. Since this is the second time in the last couple of years that I left out of frustration, I thought that you should be aware of this. Thank you"
