"I made a last minute appointment at Glammed Salon in July. I was a blonde client who wanted a root touch up for my birthday, because I was about to go on vacation. I got a young inexperienced girl, who was straight out of Tri County High School. This young women bleached my (already blonde) hair for 30 minutes under HEAT. Then she proceeded to add a smudge root. My hair was so dry and porous that the brown hair dye was absorbed completely from root to end. SO my once blonde hair was brass brown. As she started blow drying my hair, I watch clumps of it fall out. I rubbed my hair between my finger gently and it nearly disintegrated. I didn’t allow her to finish, I left the salon with wet hair CRYING. I originally removed this review because the Salon owner reached out to me immediately to fix things. However, since the appointment I have chopped half my hair off, applied oils to it daily and am taking hair growth supplements to TRY to get my hair and self confidence back. This review deserves to stay exactly where it is! A picture is worth a THOUSAND words so I included the photo of how I left the salon that day."
