"I had a lash lift and tint with Jolene in December and I am so thrilled with the results! I got through the holiday season without ever feeling the need to curl my lashes or use mascara. Randomly, the day of my appointment there was a tropical storm and the whole street lost power about halfway through my lash lift. "The Neo Beauty Bar is a very welcoming and comfortable salon. The decor is beautiful! When I walked in I immediately felt like I was in a place to be pampered. The salon was very conscious about making sure everything was properly cleaned between clients. Tara did my lash extensions, she was very meticulous and they came out great! I was in and out within my appointment window and I had a very full set of lashes when I left.
