"I scheduled an appointment last night the next day 10:30 am with Michael the owner of the salon. He didn’t deny my request until 10:13am at which point I had already driven to the salon, mind you in horrible weather. The woman who greeted me when I enter in a very unapologetic way stated that I had to wait until he accepted my appointment. Horrible way to do business!!"

"Posting this on behalf of my moms terrible experience. I've been to many hairdressers over the years, unfortunately, today I had the worst experience of my life. I had an appointment at 2:00pm with hairdresser his name is Michael Calabros that was recommended by one of my friends to do my hair color. Almost after 4 hours minutes of waiting and no complaining about waiting. Mike asked one of his partners to prepare my hair and start doing my hair color. Rachel was very helpful even though the result wasn't satisfying. I am not concerned about the results of my hair color or my hairstyle, I am just complaining about service and experience l gotten during the four hours that I spent in Calabro's hair salon without even a minute served by the person I had an appointment with. I was waiting for him hours and hours with zero attention. What really made me upset more than anything was after the hours of waiting he served another walk in customer before me even though he knew about my appointment and how late he was. He clearly did this just to go ahead and make more money while handing off his appointment to another stylist. I paid $150 absolutely for the job after all of this time and left with my hair still wet... Not even worth a single penny. I walked away with my unfinished hair and horrible experience. I will never be back to that salon again and I am sharing this bad service and experience to all my friends/family. You need to learn a thing or two about customer service."
