"Years ago she was on top of her game she would do you're hair and not have you wait a long time, but now she's not even taking a returning customer seriously she's always changing my appointments, having me wait longer than I need to even when I'm in a hurry, doesn't focus fully on the hair and just doesn't listen that well. I don't even know what happened with this whole 180 but it really ruined the whole experience for me I will not be returning again, good luck to anyone else who actually got good service because this is just absurd, I'd even have to wait way longer than I needed when I arrived on time at some point 3 hours you're better off going somewhere else where the people will respect you're time and give you the service you requested, Overall this place used to be good but the owner is making it worse."

"Id love to book but theres no way to talk to your stylists before a booking and since 4 places i call3d only do retwist not crochet maintence i ne3d to be able to ask questions before a booking and the only number listed anywhere is on facebook and goes right to voicemail. Very disappointing."

"I had an appointment here last summer and I will never return! They made me wait over 40 mins for an appointment they said I never made when they had called me a week prior to confirm it. After I waited an extreme amount of time I had my hair washed (best part of my appt) and then my stylist sat me down to start my silk press. I have been getting silk presses at different locations for years so I understand the process. As soon as she started blowing my hair I told her it was way too hot and she was blowing the heat directly on my scalp. I complained multiple times just for her to say sorry that’s how it’s done when I’ve never had my scalp and hair burned that badly. After the appointment my head was tender all day and I could not sleep that night because my head was so scalded from her extremely hot blow dryer. I would never go here again and recommend you do the same! BEWARE! Your hair appointment should never leave you in pain after for such a simple process."

"If you love your natural hair, DO NOT GO HERE! i am displeased with the natural hair services here. I booked for a wash, flat iron and trim. Initially, i was excited that I found a place that could handle 4c natural hair because of how well the stylist’s “ASSISTANT”washed my hair that I referred the salon to my friend right away. The owner of the salon did my blow dry, flat iron and trim. Her method was definitely not the best because I washed my hair a couple weeks later and I ended up with severe heat damage, my thick 4c hair is now giving loose 3a curls! Extremely disappointed. My friend went there after my appointment as well and ended up with heat damage."
