She was super informative about products I could use and how to style at home, not pushing their products specifically, but really giving the best advice. Nichole did an amazing job with the coloring and styling of my hair. She listened to what I wanted and the result was one of the best color and styles I have received. There have been many times with other stylist, that when I leave I have to go back and restyle it the way I like. With Nichole I did not have to do that and received many compliments on the style. "Would not recommend Jacqui. My hair came out orange and I called the salon and she never returned my call. She sent me a message on fb and when I showed her what my hair looked like her response was that “it didn’t look that way when she did it” as if I had done something on my own to make it look that way? She invited me back for her to redo the top where I “felt it looked orange” (I don’t feel like it is, it definitely is, as you can see). It’s kind of inconvenient for me to drive an hour back to the salon for her to “redo” it, and truthfully don’t really feel comfortable with her doing my hair again if she can’t see that this is not acceptable hair color. And when you’re paying close to $300 it should be done correctly the first time, it shouldn’t have to be redone. It wouldn’t be so bad had she at least shown a tiny bit of sympathy/ owned up to her mistake. Pretty poor customer service."

"Everything at this salon is spot on! The welcome area is clean, bright and has lovely vibe! I was greeted immediately and was offered a variety of beverages, while waiting for my stylist. I settled on an amazing mandarin orange cocktail with a fresh rosemary garnish...amazing! I had an appointment with Nicole, who is an absolute gem. It is obvious she knows her craft and business. This girl is top notch. I enjoyed watching the other stylist work their magic as my hair processed. This salon is the real deal. If you are in search of a salon experience that is first class, this is the one to call!"
