"very well service! I only had 30 dollars at the time (I'm a child and my dad had left his wallet in my mom's car which she had left) and it was exactly 30 dollars and they excepted no tip. They're very kind and professional."
"Customer service wasn’t the greatest. I told the guy I wanted stiletto nails very clearly, he suggested almond and I gave in for almond. When applying the acrylic, the guy used a the thinnest layer of acrylic and I told him repeatedly that it was too thin it could break. He proceeded to talk in his language and tell me that if i had a problem with it to let him know in the rudest tone. When shaping my nails, he was barely filling the nails down. When told to wash my nails, I sit back down and notice that the nail polish I chose was switch to gel. I let it go because I thought maybe they replaced it with better polish. When it was time to check Out I was charged for gel even though I told them acrylic nails not gel polish. Would not go back."
"After four days, the nails kept falling off, and he told me that we didn’t know how to take care of our nails and refuse to do them over for no charge. He was very rude and we will never go back there again."
"I asked for a fill and french. The male owner did them and the instant result was acceptable however, as early as 2 days later 3 nails started lifting and breaking off to the side showing damage all the way into may own nail layer, and color peeled on 1 of them. When I got back, the young woman said not to worry and she would fix it. The result was a bulky chubby nail very fake looking. She was not happy and when finished, she said “you are good” got up and left. Even thought of her abrupt attitude I did leave a tip. I went to another salon in Europe 3 days later to get it all done again and when the woman removed the nails, she noticed they were all been damaged by the drill he originally used too hard. There is a solid red indent along the baseline on most nails. That is why on the one specific most hurt nail, the indent was so deep it reached the very bottom close to flesh. UPDATE*** 6/28/22 I developed a fungus on the damaged nail. Still struggling to grow it. After applying a topical fungus cream with no success, I am now on an antibiotics."
"Got my daughter and I right in for the time we wanted the following day. It was my daughter’s first time getting a pedicure (she’s seven) and they did an amazing job on both of us. The leg/stone massage I received was the longest I’ve ever gotten at any place I’ve ever been. They took their time, very meticulous, and they added a beautiful flower to my daughter’s toes which she loves! Would definitely use them again!"
