"I have family that live in Belchertown but came from out of town to visit. We were looking for a place last minute to get a pedicure and a gel manicure and Lisa was able to fit us in. She was so kind and professional. We really enjoyed getting to know her and our manicure/pedicure came out great!"

"Every time I’ve gone here, I’ve always had the same lady, and she’s usually very sloppy, but this time it was awful. I just got a regular polish manicure during which she said zero words to me, and when the first two coats were on she lead me to the dryer where she then sat on the couch with her phone and didn’t bother to put a top coat on. She looked completely miserable. Next time, I will definitely ask for the other woman to do my nails as she seems more friendly and at least dresses like she’s there to work instead of her pajamas."
