CVS Pharmacy 341 Harrison Avenue, Boston, MA 02118

"Helpful and caring pharmacy staff. The store is dingey and a poor replacement for the store CVS closed. How can your stores not have a public restroom, many of you customers are older."

"The cashier I believe her name is Meron, CSHR#1793797 was disrespectful, insulting, and not willing to assist me. In short, I told her that service at this location was horrible and she said I didn't even know (not sure what that meant) but I told her I did and she started to chuckle. I told her everyone found it funny and she said what. I told her that everyone finds the poor service funny and that she even laughed. At one point the screen was asking me a question I told her I didn't have my glasses and could she assist, and she told me to put my face closer to the screen. I know I was very frustrated when I got to her because I was told my husband's RX would be ready in 1 hour I waited 1.25 hours and the RX was still not ready. My husband just had surgery and was being discharged for something that has been going on for a long time and doctors are not able to resolve it. I realize Meron did not know the whole story but when a doctor sends an RX from a hospital and had to call because the RX was lost in the cloud is what I was told. In the absence of knowing all this pharmacy staff should be a bit more compassionate knowing that when an RX is called in from a hospital the customer may be on edge. She told me I needed to find my sense of humor (under the circumstances there was nothing funny and I don't need to be told to find my sense of humor) she also told me the pads were found in aisle 9 (I believe a reference to a female period). At one point the pharmacist had to ask her to stop and physically move her. I live right down the street but I can't go back to a store where I've been treated like this. This will impact this store's RX and general items. I will go somewhere else. Very unfortunate. I'm not the only one that has this type of interaction with her. I've spoken to two other people that live in my condo and they shared similar stories. As a manager in customer service I would want to know so I can try to correct the situation"

"Unfortunately I have a illness so use the pharmacy more than I like. They are always efficient & they work so hard everytime they are go go go. I would recommend them to anyone"

"It’s my second review for this pharmacy! I hope superior will read it and finally take action! The manager Kristine at this pharmacy is extremely unprofessional and rude to the clients!! During my first time dealing with this lady, she became aggressive and said that I interrupted her from counting pills when I asked her a question! Today she refused to give me my medication because it was a few minutes before closing the pharmacy and she was SO busy with the closing, but when I left, she was just sitting and nicely chatting with the coworker for 10 more minutes!! Really?! It takes 2-3 min to give me my pills!!! Do your work instead of entertaining yourself with talks!!!! CVS management, please do something about it! It was the best location to pick up medications until this lady started to work there!! Rudest ever experience!!"
