"I had a vaccine appointment at this store. I don’t have any issue with long waiting time or busy staffs or tons of questions at counter, also thanks for all the staffs who tried to help me. But they really have a difficult pharmacy manager? She (I didn’t expect girls is not helping girls) refused to give me my second dose of vaccine due to so called “CDC guidelines”. But I really need this vaccine, so I had to go to another Walgreens pharmacy and got my second dose vaccine there without any problem. It’s really hurt me that she did not want to help, but only wanted to make people’s life harder."

"Had a horrible customer service experience with a pharmacist here not too long ago. The store manager, however, was lovely and listened to my concerns even with another customer waiting. On a more recent visit (Sunday evening after dark....maybe around 9:30 or 10:00), the parking lot was filthy, and there was a discarded chicken bone in front of the entrance. Overall, the vibe is a bit sketchy, and the 24-hour pharmacy can't compensate for a depressing experience."

"The most convenient pharmacy in the Malden area. - Open 24 Hours (pharmacy is briefly closed for lunch but call for details) - Drive through. I've never experienced more than a two car wait. - Close to downtown Malden and a walk from the station. - Staff is helpful compared to other pharmacies (but they can be busy at times)."

"Pharmacy staff name Rene is very rude to customer. I understand her works are overwhelming but no excuses to disrespect customers who just need their medications. She needs to learn how to deal with own frustration not to take our on clients"

"This is not a review on the employees who are doing the best they can. Corporate set up the pharmacy to fail by understaffing them while trying to offer a full suite of services. I had to wait more than half an hour past my vaccine appointment time and there's only one person behind the counter able to manage customers. All the other pharmacist were frantically trying to get anything they could get done. For the pharmacists' sake, get your medicine and care elsewhere if you can."
