"The pharmacy is incredibly slow it took them 4 hours to fill a prescription that was just a cream no pills to count just put the tube of cream in a bag. If you're short staffed stop being so greedy and pay people more you need staff to run a business."
"Tried to get a prescription last night. Was told they couldn’t find it and to drive around for 20 minutes while they look. I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes and went back to the window to be told they still couldn’t find it and because it was “narcotics” they couldn’t refill it until the next day. So here I am sitting in the drive thru having waiting 20 minutes and rung the call button several times. If you can’t staff the window just tell us it’s closed."
"It shouldn't take 5 days to fill a prescription. I don't care how short staffed they are. Yes, the staff are friendly but while I was standing in line waiting for about 15 minutes ( actual time ) in order to have a 3 minute conversation with the pharmacist because it takes them about an hour if you decide to call, and to top it off they want you to use the append that only makes everything worse."
