"The fact that this place has almost a 5 star rating with hundreds of reviews pretty much tells you everything that you need to know. We live in Boston and still make the drive to MAH for all of my Cane Corso’s appointments because this place is so great. Their staff is all female which is great for my dog who does better around females. They follow up via phone call and text after every appointment to make sure my dog is doing ok. They also have an app (Pet Desk) that tracks all my dogs visits, exam results, upcoming appointments, vaccine deadlines, etc. which is so helpful. Staff is all exceptional in every way. Growing up, my family dog came here and when she passed away in 2016 they sent a hand written card to my family in the mail offering their condolences and checking in on my dad. My dad still has the card 7 years later. I’ll always remember their kindness during that difficult time & it was such a simple choice when I got my Corso to choose MAH because of that. I’m happy with my choice and will be a customer for a very long time. Thanks Millis Animal Hospital!"
