"Took one of my dogs on as a new patient. Was able to fit her in for an appointment very quickly. She was in need of surgery and based on their/my concern they scheduled her in for surgery within days the same week. They listened to the information I had about my dog and took the time to get to know her in a very relaxed manner helping my dog feel comfortable with them. All of the staff members I interacted with by phone and in person were professional and compassionate and Dr. Sawyer took the time to hear my concerns and explain the procedures being done. They called as a follow up to check on my dog after her surgery and I am confident in my decision to continue with them as her primary vet."
