"They’re good pharmacists but this place is Very very understaffed. I don’t blame this CVS particularly but I blame CVS for closing so many stores in Albany that it’s forcing a lot of people to use this one. Therefore it becomes incredibly slow. If you come between 3-6pm you can realistically expect to wait at least 20 minutes in line for your RX."

"This is where I get all my prescriptions filled. They have the option to walk in to the pharmacy or choose to do the drive through. The drive through is usually a little bit of a wait so I choose to go in slide most of the time. The staff inside are super friendly and quick. I even went a couple of days early to pick of a prescription and they expedited it on the spot and filled it for me. Edit: they have declined…. Rxs not filled on time and long waits"

"This is a review of the Pharmacy specifically. I get all my prescriptions here, as does my family and it’s essentially seamless. I’m not saying everything is perfect all the time, but I always find the people helpful and kind. They’ve expedited when I show up early. They were quick when I walked in at 2am coming home from a trip to the ER. I seem to always be involved in bizarre scenarios and they take it in stride. Tonight I rolled in at 11pm-ish with a variety of problems and as many questions. They got my prescription filled despite the surprise drop in and they helped me get my issues sorted. The woman I spoke with did everything within her power to help me out. I wish I remembered her name for the review. I spoke with the pharmacist, and a young man at the counter and they were both professional and friendly as well. What more could you possibly ask? I mean seriously. I’m making all this a point because I’m struggling to understand some of the other reviews on here. Some people are going to complain no matter what, just ignore it."
