"Amazing store"
"Beware when picking up prescriptions here! They gave me someone else's prescription today. I noticed before even leaving the store. They refused to do an exchange (each prescription was $115). They issued a refund and charged me again and told me it'll be back on my card within a week. I also had to wait nearly 7 hours for them to fill the script. My doctor called it in at 2pm, they sat on it until I called at 5 asking them to push it through, attempted to pick it up at 7:30 and didn't leave with the correct prescription until 845... But not without having to go back in AGAIN because they charged me for a 45 unit prescription (as im prescribed) but only gave me 30!"
"The slowest pharmacy known to man. Prescription called in at 1pm. Show up at 4:45 and told I need to wait 15 minutes. They have 10 people working but they never seem to get anything done in a timely manner."
"I like the store but there is almost always a long line to check out, with very little space for purchases on the counter. It discourages larger purchases. I think the cvs checkout model is dated."
"Busy Pharmacy; however great people. I decided to pick up a script and was taken a back how busy the pharmacy was. The drive thru line was about 5 cars deep. Essential I was waiting for a happy meal from McDonald's. No biggie I'll go inside. Mind you this was on a Tuesday night around 8pm. (It definitely felt like an outlier experience if google graphs is tracking this.) This felt like peak hours to me. I counted 6 people working in the pharmacy area. A few folks were waiting for their pick ups as well. Wow it felt like I was at Dennys waiting to be seated. I was cheerfully greeted and asked if needed assistance while I quietly waited in queue. I decided to use their Dr Scholls foot Dr insert machine while I waited . After a few minutes my order was ready and the counter clerk and pharmacist had to fixed a rebuild due to new insurance they did so helpfully and willingly. I will be back because of their service. Hopefully their turnover isn't too high they have good people here."
