"CVS, personal service at the pharmacy has deteriorated tremendously over the past years. I have been to at least five stores and had problems at each one. In fact there is no personal service. Everyone is simply a number. Young. technicians call, older people whom they do not know by their first names. They never count the change. The next refill date varies from one technician to the other. The vaccination scheduling website is very user unfriendly and no one at CVS will help to schedule a shot. Going to the local pharmacy used to be fun now it is a chore, especially if it is CVS."

"My wife and I have been using CVS Pharmacy since they opened the store at 613 New Scotland Avenue, and they have always been fantastic. They always have my med's ready when they're supposed to be, and we've always been dealt with continuously and professionally, we'd never go anywhere else."

"Today, November 23rd, the pharmacy is receiving a two. I had a question regarding my medication. I asked a woman name nicole if the name of the dr is correct? She took the package from me, looked at it threw it back on the counter and said very nasty "it must be his middle name ". I of course, would not know my dr middle name. I was shocked at her attitude. A few seconds later she was waiting on a gentlemen, and was sweet as pie. If she was having a bad day she needs to stay home. I plan to contact her supervisor. I never had a problem with the store in the past and I hope I will not again. Nicole work on your attitude, please."
