"On 3/17/2023 talked to cashier Jim how it is a pain how they block the registered and suggested to put in a complaint with corporate with my polite conversation. Nice guy about him suggesting that. Filed a complaint with nice conversation with lady on the phone like Jim suggested. I noticed how other CVS stores don't do that so thought it was unusual with this store. Corporate said they will contact the district manager to look into this problem so it can get resolved."
