"I called this office due to the reviews I saw online and I was excited to meet the individuals in the office. When I called the office I specifically asked them is there any fees for getting a consultation. I was specifically stated that there was going to be a $30 consultation fee. I went to the appointment And then I was going to go back for a follow up visit to get the prices. Before I even got the chance to go back I’ve got a bill in the mail for almost $300. That’s unacceptable I have had multiple consultations with multiple orthodontics with all my children and I’ve never ever had to pay this much money for a consultation for braces this was ridiculous and I will not recommend this office. If I would’ve known from the beginning I would not have made an appointment for a consultation. Beware before making an appointment!!"

"I had terrible experience here. I paid this Dr. In full, up front and he made an absolute mess of my teeth. He has never apologized, never offered a refund or offered another redo. I shouldn't have paid him in full. knowing that I wasn't wealthy or using insurance and that I had saved up for this myself, he took advantage of me. I gave him $5000.00 and then He treated me horribly the whole duration of the process. He didn't care about my case or me as a patient. I didn't leave there with straight teeth. If I was wealthy, I'm certain that I would have been treated better. I didn't deserve any of this outcome. I never missed an appointment, never broke a bracket and I paid in full ahead of time. I was treated awful by this Dr. and had terrible results. I firmly believe it was because I was not a wealthy priority. I would not recommend this Dr. or to pay in full if you are paying on your own. This section is an edit: My review has been on here for two months and there has been no reply. This confirms Dr. Feldman couldn't care any less about an unhappy customer or doing what's right by offering to refund my money so someone else can fix the mess he made of my teeth."

"I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this office. The initial call was effortless, and I was able to schedule both my children's orthodontic evaluations back to back. I received both intake packets shortly before my appointment, and was able to fill them out with ease before the appointments. The outside of the office was misleading - I thought perhaps I was walking into,a basement type office, as the outside appeared residential. However, the inside was remarkably spacious and professional. Reception staff was welcoming and helpful, but most importantly, welcomed and engaged with my children to welcome thdm and relieve their anxiety. The consultations themselves were absolutely fantastic - truly. Dr. Dave was such,an entertaining guy, and my kids absolutely adored him. He expressed interest in my kids, asking about their lives and likes/dislikes. Every aspect of the evaluation was fun for them- star wars references, engaging and fun - as well as being thorough, professional, and sanitary. I never felt as if any of us were being talked down to, but everything was detailed to include why things were being done, for what purpose, and what to expect next time. By the end of our visit, my kids were pestering me about the soonest we could return. A really impressive overall experience that I was not expecting!"
