"Lynn, Dental, Health and Dental Health International are scams disguised as dentist offices. The front desk personnel have short fuses bark at people and insult them. If you’ve gone there I suggest you ask to see the notes this person takes about you. Furthermore, if you ask for your records they’ll tell you that the manager has to give them to you which is not the case - those records belong to you. They take your money tell you that they’ll issue a refund when they get reimbursed by insurance company (which is a fraudulent practice. If you pre-pay for services, you should submit the bill yourself and get reimbursed directly. ) They use this scam to keep part of your money and if you’re not on top of them, they’ll steal from you. Most reputable dental insurance companies, refuse to add them as a preferred provider because of these practices. In addition, if you have any secondary insurance, they will bill your entire visit to both and keep the money if they get paid on both. These people are the definition of scum bags."
