"I would give New England TMJ a zero if I could. Went there in September for a consultation and was told I had to file my own claim with Delta Dental but they would provide me with the necessary info to do it. Well they were NOT helpful in providing me with the info I needed AT ALL. After finally receiving the info needed from her on the claim form, the claim got rejected, Delta Dental told me she is not a registered provider with them. She was provided with the phone number to call Delta Dental to establish a provider relationship and I was just told today that she still has not contacted them with the proper info to be added to their list of providers. So I'm out $200 for her consult fee. They have not been helpful to me to get my claim processed as they said they would. In fact, quite the opposite. I would never go back there nor recommend them. I am disappointed and dissatisfied beyond words. The rep from Delta Dental also told me that if she were a registered provider that the claim would definitely pay for the consult. So I'm out $200 because she won't provide the necessary info to get my claim paid when they are the ones who told me in the first place that they would. They lied."
