"used to like this office but quality of care has gone way down. staff are often running behind, disorganized, and forgetful. my cleaning started 40 minutes past the appointment time and the dentist did not even bother to see me since they wanted to go home so badly. the staff once made a mistake with my crown and put the blame on me instead of taking any responsibility. overall a poorly managed practice."
